Based in the seaside town of Southsea in Portsmouth, England, I love skateboarding, comic books, contemporary illustration, movies and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Having enjoyed a career in graphic design for 25 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with a diverse range of clients including a number of household names in global banking, magazines, an airline and even a Grand Prix racing team, right down to local businesses spanning many differing industries.
Along the way I’ve owned and operated a number of comic book stores, a contemporary art gallery and, more recently, became an internationally published comic book creator. My first published comic book work was No Place Like Home through Image Comics in 2013.
I plan to publish more comic books, DEATHRAY, a coffee table art-book focused on showcasing creatives from the world of professional skateboarding and LOCALS ONLY, a book documenting the history of skateboarding in Portsmouth, England.
Like my work? Please consider supporting me on Patreon
My goals using Patreon are to enable me to create DEATHRAY, a hardcover journal of skateboarding art and culture, comic books such as the next volume of NO PLACE LIKE HOME and MALEFICIUM as well as create some other cool stuff too. I would also love to utilise my skills and experience to help other creators get their comic books out there, but more of that over on my Patreon.
Please read through the rewards and consider supporting me in my endeavours, it’s the only way I can get work in your hands. Your help is greatly appreciated and your monthly pledges will go directly towards helping me write, produce and publish new work – without your generosity I won’t be able to do it.
Many thanks in advance!
